Job Descriptions

  • 3+ years of experience in full recruitment life cycle in IT related services/sectors
  • Proven track records of IT hiring result against defined targets
  • Possess solid communication skills including telephone screening, face-to-face interview, and hiring negotiation
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-demand and rapid response environment
  • Capable of handling works independently and making sound business decisions
  • Up-to-date with required recruitment knowledge in Information Technology needs
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize various sourcing tools and familiar with common online sourcing tools such as JobsDB, Jobs Topgun, etc.
  • Be able to manage and deliver multiple requirements within defined dateline
  • Comprehensively produce necessary recruitment and other activity report
  • Research and identify quality candidates against customer requirements
  • Build up candidate pools based on company’s defined skill sets/competencies
  • Systematically qualify candidate skills and experience through interviewing, technically testing and performing reference checks
  • Provide candidate interview results with sound recommendations
  • Prepare and educate candidates prior to client interviews by providing insight knowledge of client company, job expectation, and other relevant requirements
  • Handle end-to-end candidate management including negotiating compensation, reference checks and contract preparation and signing
  • Engage with candidates during each stage of the interview process
  • Proactively initiate new ideas in improving sourcing and recruiting approaches

Qualifications

  • Male or female Thai Nationality between 25 to 35 years of age
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years working experience in recruitment and/or human resources
  • Knowledge of technical skills in information technology is necessary
  • Good command of English and Thai both verbal and written
  • Great communication skills
  • Mature and enthusiastic with ability to work without supervision
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

Account Manager

Job Descriptions

  • Develop sales strategies and implement business plans in order to achieve defined goals
  • Initiate and grow business leads and sales pipeline in new and designated IT driven markets
  • Consistently engage with new prospects and existing clients through effective communication channels
  • Handle end-to-end client management including company presentation, requirements extraction, managing candidate interview, proposing business offer, negotiating and closing business deals
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-demand and rapid response environment
  • Capable of managing and delivering multiple requirements independently and making sound business decisions
  • Ensure successful business deal closure as per sales guideline and maintain business expenses within defined allowances
  • Support client’s general inquiries and maintain highest satisfaction service level
  • Prepare and educate candidates prior to client interviews by providing insight knowledge of client company, job expectation, and other relevant requirements
  • Maintain accuracy of all pricings, sales, and activity reports as defined by supervisors
  • Proactively initiate new ideas in improving sales and business strategies
  • Provide periodic feedback to supervisors regarding progress in business plans/actions
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and followed

Qualifications

  • Male or female Thai Nationality between 25 to 35 years of age
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in IT related businesses
  • Proven track records in reaching or exceeding defined sales targets
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with great personality
  • Having good relationships with existing key customers is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of current market important technologies is necessary
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English and Thai both verbal and written
  • Mature and enthusiastic with ability to work without supervision
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
